Roadmap Phase 2 focuses w/ action items:​

Growth/content

  1. Define our Brand Story (one-pager),
  2. Revamp social strategy (w/ content calendar),
  3. Execute on the new social strategy (X posts, clips, full videos, reply guy),
  4. Create Raid incentive program,
  5. Implement audit fixes,

Build apps/tools for Pro/VIP members

  1. Find external partners for deals and co-marketing,
  2. Create Retail DAO Hub for community (poll community on features),

Join the Base ecosystem

  1. Establish early relationship to see what they're looking for,
  2. Have big community presence on Base App once it becomes public,
  3. Build towards a partnership with Base

Roadmap Phase 1 :

  1. Get our token verified on Basescan, Uniswap, Dexscreener (so the spam token warning goes away).

Completed:

  • Execute our Season 2 Airdrop for new and existing members.,
  • Start doing weekly X Spaces.,
  • Integrate with CryptoEQ's research platform so VIP members can access it.,
  • Adjust our XP rewards system to better incentivize and prioritize actions that benefit the DAO.,
  • Launch our Ambassadors program.,
  • Work with UI/UX designer to revamp our website (make it better for converting new users)
  • Make videos walking people through the process of buying RETAIL step by step
  • Make a video explaining CryptoEQ research reports and features/benefits
