Past "2 for 1" Airdrop Campaign (May-June 2025) Guidelines

Airdrop Instructions​

Retail DAO’s 2-for-1 airdrop, held for our 2nd airdrop distribution from May to June 2025, required participants to complete all tasks outlined below. Incomplete applications were not included, so all four tasks had to be successfully completed.

Eligible participants received an airdrop of 60,000 $RETAIL, with a maximum of 200 whitelisted recipients.

This airdrop was open only to participants who had not participated in previous Retail DAO airdrops. A separate airdrop existed for current DAO members.

Important Instructions​

  • Completed All Tasks: All four tasks had to be completed to be eligible.
  • Verified Tasks: Participants clicked "Verify" for each task to confirm completion.
  • Checked Completion Status: The whitelisting process was considered successful if:
    • All tasks displayed a green check mark.
    • The X.com thread task showed a white timer icon.
  • No Need to Claim: Participants did not need to click "Claim Reward." The airdrop was distributed automatically to wallets approximately one week after the QuestN campaign ended.
  • Eligibility Limits: Only 200 participants were whitelisted. No additional submissions were accepted once the whitelist was full.
  • No AI-Generated Content: AI-generated content was filtered out and deemed ineligible.
  • No New/Suspicious Accounts: Brand-new or suspicious X accounts were filtered out to prevent farming.
  • QuestN Support: The Retail DAO team could not assist with technical issues on the QuestN platform.

Requirements​

  1. Wrote a Thread or Article:
    • Participants created a solid thread on X (at least three posts) or an article analyzing any Pre-TGE project listed on the Kaito Pre-TGE Leaderboard.
    • Example of expected quality: Sample X Thread.
    • This also qualified participants for bounties or airdrops offered by the chosen Pre-TGE project (hence "2-for-1"), but they had to check the project’s specific airdrop eligibility requirements, as Retail DAO could not guarantee eligibility for other projects’ airdrops.
  2. Tagged Retail DAO:
    • At the end of their thread or article, participants included a sentence like: This analysis was done in part for @retaildao’s 2-for-1 airdrop campaign.
    • They ensured @retaildao was properly tagged in the post.
  3. Connected X Profile:
    • Participants ensured their X profile was connected in QuestN and matched the profile used to post the thread. Submissions from different profiles were rejected.
  4. Submitted for Review:
    • Participants submitted their thread via the QuestN platform.
    • Submissions were manually reviewed for quality and substance at the reviewers’ discretion.
